JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Arrange meeting with suppliers/partners
  • Revise & translate service contract
  • Mail accouncements
  • Make Policy/Memo/Tender/Business planning including incentive and bonus system
  • Review payroll
  • Forecast plan
  • Deal with suppliers for good price & returns non-sellable items
  • Plan for event
  • QMA ISO ceritificate implementation (prepare & translate document)
  • Advise & support HR Department about related document & how to proceed
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
REQUIREMENT
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
